All my classes are personalised, and are based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. The attempt to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind. It doesn’t matter if this is your first yoga class or if you’ve been stepping onto your mat for decades, this class is designed to offer a variety of options for every need and experience level.
